The following constitutes basic contest rules for any/all 95one WRBS contests, both on and off-air, or on the 95one WRBS web site. Each contest may have its own special restrictions or qualifications, in which case an addendum to these rules will be included.

1. All 95one WRBS contests are open to any/all 95one WRBS listeners age eighteen (18 ) years or older, unless otherwise specified by 95one WRBS or its promotional affiliates.
2. All contests conducted by 95one WRBS are open to U.S. residents only.
3. Odds of receiving a prize from 95one WRBS will depend on the number of qualified entries.
4. All contest entries become the sole property of 95one WRBS; furthermore, 95one WRBS may withhold any contest materials crucial to the completion of the contest.
5. Only one (1) prize per household within any thirty (30) day period. Employees of 95one WRBS, the Peter and John Radio Fellowship, Inc., its program sponsors, advertisers, advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
6. By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant 95one WRBS exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
7. All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
8. Any valuation of a prize is based on available information provided to 95one WRBS, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from 95one WRBS will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
9. By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against 95one WRBS, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of any prize. If required by 95one WRBS or its promotional affiliates, winners must sign a liability release prior to receiving their prize.
10. Prizes will be mailed either first, or 4th class U.S. Mail at the discretion of 95one WRBS. If the prize is to be mailed, it is the responsibly of the winners to provide 95one WRBS with a current and correct mailing address. 95one WRBS is not responsible for, nor obligated to replace, any lost, stolen, or damaged prize sent through the U.S. Mail.
11. If the winner is instructed by 95one WRBS or its promotional affiliates to personally pick up their prize, it must be claimed within thirty (30) calendar days of winning. Upon pick-up of prize, proper picture identification (i.e. valid driver's license, passport) from the winner is required. Prizes must be picked up at the 95one WRBS studios between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
12. At certain times, winners may be instructed by 95one WRBS or its promotional affiliates to pick up their prize at separate location (ex. Concert tickets may be picked up ata separate location (ex. Concert tickets may be picked-up at a will-call window). Upon request, 95one WRBS will provide directions and pick-up times to winners.
13. 95one WRBS reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time and also reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion and not award the offered prize if events so warrant. All decisions of 95one WRBS and the Peter & John Radio Fellowship are final.
