CLOSINGS AND DELAYS
To register your organization: Send an email to snow@951SHINEFM.com. Please note we can only accept registrations from a person(s) in a position of authority in the organization. In the subject line, write “Closings and Delays”. In the body of the email, include your name and your organization’s name, address, phone number, and up to 4 people authorized to call in your organization’s closing/delay. We will provide you with the 24 hour emergency closing phone number and password.

If you are already registered and would like to make an announcement, call the 24 hour snow emergency phone number issued upon registration and give your issued password. We do not process snow closing announcements by fax, email, or voicemail because they may not get processed in a timely manner.

If you are have lost the 24 hour emergency closing phone number and your organization’s password, send an email to snow@951SHINEFM.com along with your name, organization’s name, address, and phone number. We will provide you with that information (if you are on the organization’s approved list).
